Education Qualification: BS (Honours) in Engineering and/or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) and other relevant field HEC recognized institutions, depending upon the nature and requirement of the project. Candidates with professional certification may be given additional preference. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects. Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Familiarity with the Government of Balochistan's procurement rules and financial management will be preferred. Valid registration with the Pakistan's Engineering Council (PEC). Have been involved in the execution, implementation & operationalization of water treatment plants. |
Age Limit: Min 40 Years and Max 62 Years
