i. Graduation in second division from a recognized board. ii. Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute approved by the Sindh Technical Education Trade Board. |
2- Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh job portal at https://sjp.gos.pk:
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) test for the relevant category as required for appointment to the said posts, and be holders of the certificate issued by STS.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will be provided as per notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025 of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department.
iii. The quota share allocated for initial appointments will be implemented according to the Government of Sindh's law rules/policy.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. The appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, 21.11.2025 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
vi. Applicants should appear before Departmental Selection Committee No. 1 at the district level, headed by the Deputy Commissioner Naushahro Feroze, with original documents according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
vii. Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the UC, Taluka, Town where the vacancy is available.
viii. TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
