Other Terms & Conditions:
(ii) The age of the applicants will be calculated as per the last date of application submission according to the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, Rule 7. However, an upper age relaxation of five years will be applicable as provided under the Services General Administration & Coordination Department's notification no. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-I) dated 06-03-2025.
(iii) The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be followed according to the rules and policy of the Government of Sindh.
(iv) Applicants already in government service must obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their department before submitting the application and bring the original NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(v) Appointments will be made according to the Government of Sindh's policy dated 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025, and the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
(vi) Applicants should appear before Departmental Selection Committee No. IV at the District Level Office, near the office of the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, with original documents for an interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(vii) Preference will be given to those candidates who belong to the district/taluka/town where the vacancy is available.
(viii) TA/DA will not be applicable for the interview.
