Graduate (Second Division) from a recognized university. 6 months certificate course in MS Office from a recognized institute of Technical Education.

Conditions:
- Applicants fulfilling the following requirements must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test with at least 50% marks conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS) Sukkur, and the result should be issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
- The age of the applicants will be calculated as of the last date of submission of the application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Services (Relaxation of Upper Age Limits) Rules 2024. However, a general upper age relaxation of 5 years will be granted as provided in the SGA&CD's Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
- Initial appointments will be on a contract basis according to the Government of Sindh's law, rules, and policy.
- Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original NOC along with original documents to the departmental selection committee during the interview.
- Recruitment will be made under the policy and provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time by the Government of Sindh, vide Notification No. ... dated 21.11.2025-26.04.2023.
- Applicants will be called for an interview with original documents as per the schedule to be uploaded on the job portal under the supervision of the District Departmental Selection Committee No. 07 at the district level.
- Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the concerned Taluka where vacancies are available.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
