(i) Graduation in Second Division from a recognized Board (ii) Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade.

Such applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the said posts on the Government of Sindh job portal at
- Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation category, with a minimum of 40 marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and hold a certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
- The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of application submission as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as provided in the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
- The share of quota allocated for initial appointments will be implemented according to the Government of Sindh's policy/rules.
- Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, 21.11.2025 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time.
- Applicants should appear with original documents for interview before the Departmental Selection Committee No. IV at the district level, headed by the Deputy Commissioner, Sanghar, according to the schedule to be uploaded on the job portal.
- Candidates belonging to the UC Taluka Town where the post is available will be preferred.
- TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
