(I) Matriculation with Science from a recognized board. (II) 06 Months Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education or Sindh Board of Intermediate Education. |
02. Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh Job Portal https://jp.gos.pk:
(I) Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40 marks and possess the result certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
(II) The age of the applicants will be calculated according to the last date of application submission as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given under the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
(III) The share of quotas reserved for initial appointment will be followed as per the laws/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(IV) Applicants already in government service should obtain a NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(V) Appointment will be made according to the notification policy of the Government of Sindh dated 26-04-2023 & 21-11-2025 and the contents of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
(VI) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. 17 at the District Level, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner concerned, Karachi, with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.
(VII) Preference will be given to those candidates who belong to the same district/taluka/town where the vacancy is available.
(VIII) TA/DA is not applicable for the interview.
