02 Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh job portal https://sip.gos.pk:
(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the Matriculation Category General Assessment Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40% marks and hold the result certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
(ii) The age of the applicants shall be calculated according to the last date of submission of the application as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Services (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be given under Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)-6/106/2024 dated 10-03-2025 of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department.
(iii) The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment shall be followed as per Government of Sindh Rules/Rules Policy SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II).
(iv) Government employees already in service must obtain a NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(v) Appointment shall be made under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time, according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025.
(vi) Applicants should appear for the interview with original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal before the Departmental Selection Committee No. 17 at the District Level under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, Umerkot.
(vii) Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the same Taluka/Town where the vacancy is available.
(viii) TA/DA shall not be applicable for the interview.
