CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE)
Power Information Technology Company (PITC) acts as a government arm providing IT-based customer care through IT solutions and support to Power Sector Entities (DISCOS, GENCOs, and NTDC). The company continuously strives to ensure the effectiveness of IT solutions and support in areas like Project Governance and Infrastructure Establishment, such as wide area networks and local area networks for the Power Sector. The company seeks a highly skilled professional to join its team as Deputy Company Secretary.
- Deputy Company Secretary:
The Deputy Company Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting the Company Secretary by ensuring the company's compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. They will also assist in the efficient and effective management of the company's secretarial functions, contributing to good corporate governance.
- b. Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, LL.B, CA Finalist, CMA, or a professional qualification in Company Secretarial Practice is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Company Secretarial role is required.
- c. Knowledge & Special Skills
The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of corporate law and secretarial practices, especially in drafting minutes and managing secretarial affairs.
- d. Tenure, Age & Salary Package
The position is based in Lahore, but the employee may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan. It is a contract appointment for three years, extendable based on requirement and performance. The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the advertisement's closing date. The position offers competitive and attractive market-based remuneration.
