  • (I) Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Technical (3 Positions)

    • Responsibilities:
      • Develop concept papers, reports, seminar/workshop reports, technical reports, summaries, and policy briefs.
      • Develop presentations, reports, and orientations pertaining to policy, planning, and support functions.
      • Assist in the development of dedicated models for energy transition scenarios and power planning.
      • Data management, logging, and coordination/dissemination internally.
      • Research studies for document/model formulation.
      • Support the core functions on assigned tasks.
      • Research and support in designing technology maps and adoption strategies for informed policy developments and strategic planning.
      • Collect and update data, references, and related local and global developments.
    • Qualification: Bachelor's (4 years)/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Energy Systems Engineering/Engineering Sciences from a recognized/affiliated institute/university.
  • (II) Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Information Technology (2 Positions)

    • Responsibilities:
      • Provide support for the development of work plans, IT procurement plans, statements/scopes of work, IT policies, strategies, and procedures.
      • Provide support in various IT functions including software applications development, system operations, and infrastructure management.
      • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical issues and provide basic support to ensure seamless functionality of systems and tools.
      • Assist in the development and deployment of applications and solutions as per requirements.
      • Conduct research on digitalization, emerging trends, automation, tools, development, and implementation.
      • Carry out IT R&D, feasibility studies, and analyses for projects involving application(s) development or integration.
      • Review and evaluate software feasibility studies and detailed specifications.
      • Develop presentations, reports, and orientations pertaining to functions of the IT department.
    • Qualification: Bachelor's (4 years)/Master's Degree in Computer Sciences/Software/Computer Engineering/Machine Learning/AI or related fields with relevant specializations from HEC recognized/affiliated institute/university.
  • (III) Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Finance (3 Positions)

    • Responsibilities:
      • Develop presentations, reports, and orientations pertaining to tariffs, subsidies, circular debt reporting, and support functions.
      • Carry out analysis of financial data and support the development of financial models to facilitate decision-making processes.
      • Provide assistance in reviewing tariff-related motions and reconsideration requests.
      • Develop concept papers, study reports, seminar/workshop reports, technical reports, summaries, and policy briefs.
      • Assist in the development of dedicated models for consumer-end tariffs, adjustments, circular debt, subsidies, etc.
      • Data management, logging, and coordination/dissemination internally.
      • Research studies for document/model formulation.
      • Support the core functions on assigned tasks.
      • Research & tariff design support for the power sector value-chain in the purview of the global context, for informed policy developments and strategic planning.
      • Collect and update data, references, and related global developments.
    • Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant or CA (Inter)/ICMA/ACCA/CFA or member of a professional body of Accountants or a four (4) year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields (at least 16 years of education) with relevant specializations from an HEC recognized/affiliated institute/university. Candidates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
  • (IV) Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Human Resources (1 Position)

    • Responsibilities:
      • Provide support in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
      • Support initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and fostering a positive workplace culture.
      • Assist in processing payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
