THE BOARD OF THE PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY (P3A) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
In accordance with its statutory mandate, the Board of the Public Private Partnership Authority (the "Board") invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for appointment as Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO").
The CEO shall lead the Authority, an independent body corporate established under the Public-Private Partnership Authority Act, 2017 (as amended), to create an enabling environment for the development and management of public infrastructure and allied services in Pakistan through public-private partnerships (PPPs).
Eligibility Criteria:
i. A Master's degree (Master's or equivalent) in one of the following: Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering from a local or foreign institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Preference may be accorded to qualifications in relevant fields.
ii. At least 15 years of professional experience, including senior leadership positions in the financial and public or private sector, or international development agencies, in infrastructure, public-private partnership management, or a related field.
iii. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to lead national public-private partnership development, planning, implementation, and successful project execution at national and international levels.
iv. Experience of engagement with stakeholders, including the Federal and Provincial Governments and relevant ministries and divisions; experience with working in inter-sectoral or inter-agency environments is a merit.
v. Ability to lead strategic and cohesive work in key areas of PPP project management, including partnerships with international development institutions, is a merit.
vi. Strong understanding and track record of leading innovative programs and initiatives with the ability to promote coordination and deliver value-for-money outcomes in complex development environments with significant national needs.
vii. Proven record of sound professional judgement, integrity and proven skills in organizational design, strategy formulation and leadership, knowledge of corporate governance, and experience in managing entities is a plus.
viii. Minimum 40 years of age; Maximum 62 years of age.
Remuneration:
A market-competitive salary and allowances package will be offered to the selected candidate.
