P4A is an Autonomous Body of the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab. The objective of the Authority is to establish a centralized hub and strategic arm of the Government of the Punjab for promoting Public Private Partnerships.
P4A is looking for qualified, experienced and motivated professionals with the requisite skillset against the following positions:

General Conditions
a) Applicants possessing Pakistani Citizenship shall apply online through the Punjab Job Portal website (www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk) latest by 16-03-2026.
b) Applicants are also required to submit applications in hard forms (attested copies of degrees (matric onwards), transcripts, experience certificates, professional certifications, CV/Resume, and CNIC, etc.) along with the online application till the closing date. e) All appointments against above positions shall be made on a purely contract basis in line with the HR Regulations of P4A.

g) P4A reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions without assigning any reason.
h) Employees from Govt. Entities/Authorities/Companies whether Provincial or Federal may apply against above positions through the proper channel. Departmental NOC is mandatory, otherwise, the application may be rejected.
i) Only shortlisted applicants shall be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
