Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT), the premier Investment Promotion Agency of the Punjab Province, invites applications from talented and dynamic professionals to join its team in pursuit of the vision of the Honorable Chief Minister, Punjab. PBIT requires the following positions on contractual basis for a period of three (03) years:
1. Director General (DG) Investment Relations (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in developing and executing approved plans to achieve time-bound objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, negotiate, and coordinate with sector experts, private and public investors, and strategic partners.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Government Sector.
Maximum Age: 55
2. Director General (DG) Business Development (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in leading and achieving business development objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of government engagement processes and operations of line departments.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Government Sector.
Maximum Age: 55
3. Director (Project & Business Development) (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and formulating successful business development strategies.
Maximum Age: 50
4. Director (Transactions) (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Business, Management, HR or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the related field.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and industry-specific challenges.
Maximum Age: 50
5. Director (Policy Research) (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution in Public Policy, Economics, International Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct policy research, evaluate economic trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Maximum Age: 50
6. Director Finance (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
- Proven proficiency in government funding mechanisms, handling AGP audits, and official correspondence with government departments.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and public sector financial regulations.

7. Company Secretary (One Post)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution or membership of a recognized professional body or member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience.
- Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria under the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 and relevant SECP regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector governance, particularly in liaising with the Government of Punjab and handling government official protocols.
Maximum Age: 50 Years.
8. Additional Director (Project & Business Development) (One Post)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in project management and business development.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and attracting investments.
- Strong understanding of government processes and public-private partnership models.
Maximum Age: 45 Years
9. Additional Director (Policy & Research) (One Post)
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in policy development, research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Sound knowledge of government processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and presentation tools.
Maximum Age: 45 Years
10. Chief Financial Officer (One Post)
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, CMA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, APFA) OR holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including substantial exposure to public sector financial management, project financing and development of infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Government of Punjab's finance procedures, AG & Auditor General's Rules, PPRA, and compliance with MEC's and AG's requirements.
Maximum Age: 45 Years
11. Chief Internal Auditor (One Post)
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) OR holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP), other government departments, and external auditors.
Maximum Age: 45 Years
12. Director (Communications) (One Post)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Sciences, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in corporate or public sector, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage departmental functions such as administration, human resources, budget management, business development and marketing.
Maximum Age: 45 Years
13. Sector Expert (Eight Posts) Agriculture Livestock & Dairy, Mines & Minerals, IT, Energy
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a sector-relevant discipline like Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Mines & Minerals, IT, etc.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably 3-5 years experience in private or public sector.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct feasibility, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Sound knowledge of market dynamics, sector challenges, and opportunities.
- Proficiency in IT tools and effective communication skills to interact with both local and international stakeholders.
Maximum Age: 45 Years.
14. Assistant Director (Four Posts)
- Master's degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Management, HR, Economics, Public Policy, Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Preferably 2-3 years professional experience in the private or public sector.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and challenges of Investment Management, multi-sector environment will be an added advantage.
Maximum Age: 40 Years
15. Assistant (Two Posts)
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institution in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the corporate or public sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Basic IT tools.
Maximum Age: 30 Years.
16. Office Boys (Three Posts)
- Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
