How to Apply?
- 1. In addition to the active practice the candidate must have In depth knowledge of the civil, corporate, labour, arbitration laws and issues Involved in such matters.
- 2. The candidate must have strong abilities in both verbal and written communication, as well as a keen analytical understanding of legal matters and issues regarding the company.
- 3. During the tenure the legal advisor so appointed shall not appear in any court of law in matter detrimental to the interest of the company nor represent any office/agency against the company.
- 4. Appointment shall initially be made for a period of one year which may be extendable subject to approval from competent authority.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates.
- 6. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- 7. The PCMMDC reserves the right to reject all applications without assigning reasons thereof.
- 8.
