Announcement for Annual PEEF Scholarship Policy 2025-26

The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) is an important educational scholarship program of the Government of Punjab that provides financial assistance to intelligent and deserving male and female students for higher education. As always, this year too, PEEF, in collaboration with BEEF, has announced 460 scholarships for intelligent and deserving male and female students of Balochistan province for the academic year 2025-26, for which applications from students holding a local domicile of Balochistan province are required.

| Eligibility Criteria

| -1- Intermediate, Technical Education and Graduation Programs
Those students who passed their Matriculation, Intermediate, or Technical Education annual examinations in 2025 with at least 60% marks from a government educational institution under the Balochistan Board (BBISE).

| Attach the following attested documents with the form:

• Matriculation / Intermediate / BS / DAE equivalent result card.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Copy of student's identity card/form B.
• Copy of parents'/guardian's identity card.
• Copy of local domicile certificate.
• Income certificate.

| Income Certificate Condition

• Total monthly income of parents should not exceed Rs. 60,000.
• Income certificate must be prepared on a stamp paper worth Rs. 100 and attested by a Notary Public / Grade 17 or above officer and the current educational institution is mandatory.

| -2- MS/MPhil Program
Those students who have passed BS or equivalent annual examination in 2023-2025 with at least 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any educational institution in Balochistan, and have taken admission in an M.Phil / MS program in any public sector university of Balochistan in the session 2025 Fall / 2026 Spring.

• Students who are already receiving financial assistance under any other scholarship including BEEF scholarship are not eligible for PEEF scholarship.
• The number of PEEF scholarships is limited and merit will be decided according to PEEF policy.
• After receiving the scholarship, requests for cancellation or change for any reason will not be accepted.
• Incomplete scholarship forms will not be accepted.
• PEEF scholarship forms should be submitted to the BEEF office through the focal person of the concerned educational institution. PEEF scholarship forms submitted directly will not be acceptable.
