PITB requires the services of qualified, energetic, medically fit, and self-motivated candidates on a contract basis for the following position:

1 | Business Analyst | Age 24-45 (Max.) years<br>Required Qualifications: 16 years of Education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred. Professional certifications in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, or Digital Transformation are a plus.<br>Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, or operational excellence. Hands-on experience with RPA tools, workflow systems, or enterprise automation platforms. Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or large enterprise environments preferred.<br>Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of business processes and operating models; Expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, and automation; Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; Strong project management and execution skills; Change management and leadership capability | Lahore/Karachi
