Visit www.phc.org.pk and download challan form. Deposit the fee of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) for positions at Sr. #01 & 02, and Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) for positions at Sr. #03 & 04, in accordance with the instructions on the challan form. For position at Sr. #05, send application along with passport size picture, updated CV, copy of valid CNIC, and Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in favor of 'Punjab Healthcare Commission' to Head Office Address: 185 Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore-54000. All online applications must accompany a scanned copy of the paid challan form. Internal employees/employees from government/semi-government/autonomous bodies/institutes should apply through proper channel and must attach fresh NOC issued by the department/authority concerned. Applicants who already applied pursuant to advertisement bearing IPL No. 7746 (published in Daily Jang and Daily Business Recorder on 29th July 2026, with a closing date of 17th August 2026) are not required to reapply.
