Qualification & Experience

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

SECP requirements, ensures submission of all returns/reports to SECP, SBP, FBR, PBA, etc. Manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee all finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury functions. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Manage financial risks, including insurance, credit, and market risks. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders. Provide financial advice to the Board and senior management. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Manage and develop the finance team. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems. Drive financial performance, including profitability, efficiency, and growth. Oversee investment management, ensuring compliance with SECP guidelines. Prepare annual financial statements (IFRS requirements) and ensure timely finalization and audit. Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all tax and labour laws. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure effective cash flow management. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and future expansion.

Qualification: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/ACCA/CIMA) or MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent from a HEC recognized university/institution. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant field, preferably in the insurance sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role along with practical experience of dealing with SECP requirements. Age: Up to 55 years. Location: Lahore. Position: 1

Manager - General Administration & Operations

Oversee the day-to-day general administration and operations functions of the Company. Ensure efficient and effective management of all administrative processes and systems. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning. Oversee procurement and inventory management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for employees. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery. Manage and develop the administration team. Implement and maintain robust administrative controls and systems. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of claims. Manage policy administration, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Liaise with reinsurers and other external stakeholders. Provide operational support to all departments. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Manage and mitigate operational risks. Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts. Ensure effective records management.

Qualification: MBA/M.Com or equivalent from a HEC recognized university/institution. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field, preferably in the insurance sector, along with practical experience of dealing with SECP requirements. Age: Up to 45 years. Location: Lahore. Position: 1

Manager - Finance & Accounts

Manage all finance and accounts functions of the Company, under the supervision of the CFO. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Manage all accounting processes and systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS requirements. Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders. Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet obligations. Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Manage and develop the finance and accounts team. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems. Drive financial performance, including efficiency and accuracy. Oversee investment accounting, ensuring compliance with SECP guidelines. Ensure timely submission of all returns/reports to SECP, FBR, etc.

Senior Executive - Compliance

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including SECP, SBP, FBR, PBA, etc. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits. Identify and mitigate compliance risks. Liaise with regulators and other external stakeholders. Provide compliance training to employees. Manage and develop the compliance team. Implement and maintain robust compliance controls and systems. Drive compliance culture throughout the Company. Oversee anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) compliance, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Ensure timely submission of all compliance returns/reports to SECP, SBP, FBR, etc. Provide compliance advice to the Board and senior management. Prepare and manage compliance budgets and forecasts. Ensure effective records management related to compliance.

Qualification: MBA/M.Com/LL.B or equivalent from a HEC recognized university/institution. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant field, preferably in the insurance sector, along with practical experience of dealing with SECP requirements. Age: Up to 35 years. Location: Lahore. Position: 1

Senior Executive - Risk Management & Reporting

Manage all risk management functions of the Company. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews. Identify and mitigate risks, including insurance, credit, market, operational, and compliance risks. Liaise with regulators and other external stakeholders. Provide risk management training to employees. Manage and develop the risk management team. Implement and maintain robust risk management controls and systems. Drive risk awareness culture throughout the Company. Oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Ensure timely submission of all risk management returns/reports to SECP, SBP, FBR, etc. Provide risk management advice to the Board and senior management. Prepare and manage risk management budgets and forecasts. Ensure effective records management related to risk management.
