(Fit & proper criteria as prescribed in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 shall be complied with) * Experience in a public sector organization is desirable. * Strong understanding of public finance management, corporate finance, treasury and financial controls, SECP's regulatory framework, audit, taxation and IFRS-based reporting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Market competitive salary package will be offered.
- The age of candidate will be calculated on the last date fixed for submission of application.
- Appointments will be on contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable by mutual consent and subject to satisfactory performance.
