Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is currently implementing a landmark project titled "Identification/Establishment of 02 Nos Landfill Sites in Punjab." The project is sponsored by the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of the Punjab. The primary objective is to establish sustainable waste disposal systems through construction and operational management in Gujranwala and Faisalabad. PMDFC is seeking the services of qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following contractual positions:

Minimum Qualification: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from an HEC-recognized institution. General Experience: * Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects. Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years): Demonstrated expertise in: * Solid Waste Management Systems (including MRF and landfill design & operations). * Leachate treatment and landfill gas management. * Waste-to-energy and resource recovery solutions. * Carbon credits, climate change mitigation, and sustainability frameworks. |
| 2. | Technical Specialist – Liquid Waste (Sewerage) (01 Post, Lahore Based) |
Minimum Qualification: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from an HEC-recognized institution. General Experience: * Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects. Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years): Demonstrated expertise in: * Water Supply, Sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Systems. * Energy efficiency and renewable energy applications. * Carbon credits, climate change mitigation, and sustainability frameworks. |
