Qualification: MBBS/BDS/Pharm-D/Masters in Public Health/Hospital Administration recognized by PMC/PMDC/HEC or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.

Main Responsibilities: The Hospital Director shall be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the hospital.

Masters with medical degree or an eligible bachelor's as an additional qualification, preferably M.Phil/PhD in relevant field recognized by HEC/PMC/PMDC or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.

To be governed under relevant provisions of the MTI Act, 2015.

Medical Director

Qualification: MBBS or a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC) and preferably a Master's degree in Public Health or equivalent qualification from HEC/PMC/PMDC recognized by HEC.

Main Responsibilities: To direct and coordinate medical, diagnostic and therapeutic services to ensure that the medical standards prescribed under MTI regulations are maintained.

Nursing Director (ND)

Main Responsibilities: To be governed under relevant provisions of the MTI Act, 2015.

Director Finance (DF)

5-years contract (extendable) Market based salary.

Qualification/Experience: CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance with a post-qualification experience of 5-years in a reputable organization/firm. Preference will be given to public sector experience.

Main Responsibilities: To be governed under relevant provisions of the MTI Act, 2015.

Secretary Board (SB)

5-years contract (extendable) Market based salary.

Qualification: Master's degree in Public Administration/Business Administration/Law or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.

Main Responsibilities: To perform secretarial functions on behalf of the Board.

Experience: 5-years experience as Secretary of a Government department/division/statutory body/autonomous body/reputable private organization/MTI/medical/teaching and research institution/organization.

To maintain records of all business transactions of the Board including, financial records, minutes of the meetings, and all other records required under the MTI Act, 2015.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in medical/teaching and research institution/organization.

To make arrangements for all meetings of the Board, including preparation of meeting agendas, meeting notices, minutes of meetings, and all other required documents.

To perform such other functions as are assigned by the Board, including appointments and any other staff functions as assigned by the Board or the Chairman of the Board.
