VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Executive Director Land Acquisition & Estate Management (LA&EM).

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree with minimum 15 Years of recognized experience in Land Acquisition, Transfer and Estate Management matters.

AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Formulate and implement Land Acquisition and Estate Management in line with Authority's Objectives.
• Ensure transparent, efficient, and compliant land acquisition processes under applicable Laws and Regulations.
• Ensures all Transfer and Record activities align with the Authority's strategic objectives.
• Oversee all types of post-sales activities including transfer cases, change of information, refunds, etc., ensuring compliance with Authority's policies and procedures.
• Oversee Land Records, Settlements, and Dispute Resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with Government Departments, Regulatory Authorities, and local communities to facilitate smooth operations.
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including local residents and advocacy groups, to address concerns and gain support for land acquisition projects.
• Provide strategic leadership for efficient handling of LA&EM affairs.

Nature of Employment

The selected candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (03) Years contract (extendable).
