Appointment as Special Prosecutor on a Contract Basis
1. Qualifications and Requirements
The Regional Directorate Anti-Narcotics Force Punjab requires the services of dynamic and qualified advocates as Special Prosecutors to represent them in the Courts of Sessions and Narcotics in Multan.
- A) The candidate must not be a member of any political party and must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- B) The candidate must have at least seven years of experience practicing in the High Court and District Courts as an advocate, specifically in criminal cases, money laundering, and investigation of assets.
- C) The candidate must be a regular member of the Punjab Bar Council/High Court Bar Association and must not be involved in any criminal case.
- D) The candidate must possess good character and must not have been dismissed from any government or semi-government service.
- E) During the contract, the candidate will not be permitted to represent any accused person in cases initiated by this department or any other law enforcement agency.
2. Terms & Salary
- Monthly Remuneration: There will be a 10% annual increase based on performance.
- Interview Location: Regional Directorate ANF Punjab, HQ IP Complex, near Ayub Stadium, Lahore Cantt.
- Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
