Appointment of Special Prosecutors on a Contract Basis
- The Regional Directorate Anti-Narcotics Force Punjab requires the services of alert and hardworking advocates to represent the department in Anti-Narcotics Courts as Special Prosecutors on a contract basis.
- Advocates who meet the following criteria may apply:
- (a) The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan and have no political affiliations.
- (b) The candidate must have five years of experience as a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court.
- (c) The candidate must have extensive experience in criminal cases, particularly those related to Narcotics, Money Laundering, and Assets Investigation, in Trial Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
- (d) The candidate must be a member of the Punjab Bar Council / High Court Bar Association / Supreme Court Bar Association and must not be involved in any criminal case.
- (e) The candidate must possess good character, must not have been dismissed from government or semi-government service, and must not be a bank defaulter or bankrupt.
- (f) During their service with the ANF, candidates shall not appear as defense counsel in any drug-related cases filed by the ANF or any other law enforcement agency.
- An attractive monthly remuneration will be offered, with a 10% annual increment based on performance.
- Interviews will be held at the Regional Directorate Punjab, V.I.P Flights Complex, Road Behind Ayub Stadium, Lahore Cantt.
- No TA/DA (travel/daily allowance) will be provided for the interview.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
