Positions Available

1. 1x Special Public Prosecutor (Drug Cases)
   • Focus: Drug-related cases in High Courts, the Supreme Court, and lower courts across the Karachi region.
   • Retainer Fee: Rs 150,000/-
2. 1x Special Public Prosecutor (Assets/AMLA 2010)
   • Focus: Cases related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) 2010 and asset forfeiture in Karachi.
   • Retainer Fee: Rs 125,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
• Legal Standing: Must be an enrolled Advocate of the High Court with a valid license. Preference is given to those with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise: Experience in CNS Act 1997, Drug/Criminal/Assets cases, PSA 1977, and AMLA 2010.
• Preference: Given to retired judges, former Law Officers of Law Enforcement Agencies, and those with permanent residence/offices in Karachi.
• Exclusions: Those previously terminated by the department or those with a history of professional misconduct/criminal conviction are ineligible.
