(i) Graduate with second division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). (ii) Certificate of six (06) months course in MS Office from a recognized institution. |
Such applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the post on the Government of Sindh job portal at within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) with a minimum of 40 marks conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of application submission as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025 of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department.
iii. The quota share allocated for initial appointments will be implemented according to the Law Rules Policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service must obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their department before applying and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time.
vi. Applicants shall appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
vii. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
