General Manager Monitoring (M-4)

Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Science/Engineering/Management, Urban Planning, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign qualifications recognized by HEC are preferred. At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Operations, Management, Monitoring & Evaluation in a senior position and 3 years in a similar position in a well-established public/private organization.

Company Secretary (M-4)

A member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or a master's degree in business administration/commerce, or a law graduate from an HEC-recognized university. At least 10 years of experience in a reputable public/private sector organization, with 5 years in a similar position in the public sector.

Manager Procurement & Contracts (M-7)

Master's or Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Supply Chain Management from an HEC-recognized university. At least 5 years of experience in procurement in a well-established public/private organization, with 3 years in public sector procurement experience in PPRA/e-GPADS.

AM Landfill Site/Weighbridge (M-8)

Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. At least 3 years of work experience in the same field in a public/private organization.

Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. At least 3 years of experience in a public/private organization. Must be fluent in data entry with 40 words per minute typing speed.
