The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan (GoB) is seeking recruitment against following positions purely on contract basis for Implementation Management Unit/PMU of School Education Department: Interested candidates must provide detailed CVs indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor or Master's degree (16 Years of Education) in Business Management, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields. 7 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, Community Engagement, in the public development sector. Preference will be given to experience in Education related Infrastructure Development projects. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with M&E frameworks and logical frameworks. Ability to conduct field monitoring and surveys. |

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 Years if Education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA (Inter), CMA, CPA will be preferred. At least 5 years of experience in financial management, banking and administration. |

Qualification & Experience: Bachelors or Master's degree (16 Years of Education) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Management, or related field. 5 years' experience in field coordination, Community engagement, Community Mobilization and Community related infrastructure project management. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to travel extensively in assigned region. |

IT, Computer and report writing skills are also desired. |
