Note: School-wise, Union Council-wise details of all posts have been displayed at prominent places in the offices of the concerned District Education Officers.
Important Instructions, Terms and Conditions :-
(1) Candidates having the required educational qualification will be eligible to apply.
(2) Candidates holding a local/domicile certificate of the concerned district will be eligible to submit applications.
(3) The age limit is 18 to 28 years, and according to the relaxation of the Government of Balochistan, candidates up to 43 years of age will be eligible to submit applications.
(4) Government employees should submit applications through their department.
(5) Posts are being advertised according to the information received from the concerned District Education Officer; applications will only be received for these, and no changes will be acceptable. Applications will be received only for the advertised posts, and the merit list will be prepared accordingly; no other post will be considered.
(6) The verified school-wise list of advertised posts has been displayed at a prominent place in the offices of the concerned District Education Officers.
(7) The merit list for high school and office posts will be at the district level, and the merit list for middle and primary schools will be at the concerned Union Council level, and the boundaries of the Union Council will be according to the prevailing notification of the Local Government Department.
(8) Written examinations and interviews will be held for all posts, while only interviews will be held for Grade IV posts.
(9) Attested copies of educational certificates, computerized identity card, local/domicile certificate, and 2 recent photographs must be attached with the application on plain paper, and applications can be submitted to the offices of the concerned District Education Officer until January 10, 2026.
(11) A candidate who applies for a post will not be entitled to any change in it; however, a candidate can submit a separate application for each post.
(12) Male and female candidates will be eligible for all posts, and according to the quota, 05% disabled, 05% minority, and 05% women's quota will be reserved according to the posts of each cadre.
(13) The recruitment committee will have the authority to reserve the post of which office/school/union council for the disabled/minority/women's quota.
(15) All candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview and test, who have the receipt of application submission and whose name is included in the final list of candidates issued by the District Education Officer.
(16) The fields of the candidates included in the final list will be sent for verification.
(18) Successful candidates will be appointed according to the needs of the department, and educational certificates and other documents will be verified from the concerned institutions within 90 days before payment, the expenses of which will be the responsibility of the candidate, and the candidate's job will be temporary during this period.
(19) The need for Junior Clerk and Lab Assistant will be considered keeping in view the merit.
