• Organization: Kashmir Institute of Management (KIM), Muzaffarabad
• Employing Authority: Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir
• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • A First Class Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration, Strategic and Security Studies, or International Relations.
  • Three years of experience in Pakistan Administrative Staff College/NIPAS/NDU as Directing Staff, Chief Instructor, or Director General.
  • OR, retired Civil Servant of AJ&K BS-21/22 from Administrative Service, Secretariat Service, Police Service, or officers of Armed Forces not below the rank of Brigadier and equivalent, and NDU/NMC qualified.
• Method of Recruitment: Contract-based
• Age Limit: As decided by the Board of Governors of KIM
• Quota: Open Merit
• Terms of Appointment:
  • The initial term is three years, based on recommendations from the Board of Governors of KIM.
  • Terms and conditions are as per Contract Policy, 2006.
  • The selected candidate will receive pay, allowances, perks, and privileges equivalent to BS-20.
