Schedule for Appointment/Recruitment of Managing Director

(ii) Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the relevant field. OR A civil servant with at least twenty (20) years of experience in the public sector in BS-20 or BS-21, including five (05) years as head of an organization/department.	62 years	Initial appointment through competitive process OR Appointment of Civil Servant BS-20/21

Salary, Perks and Benefits:

Selected candidates (in case of being from the open market) will be offered MP-1 package with a ten percent annual increment.
A selected candidate, in case of being a civil servant BS-20 or BS-21, will be given government salary along with the possibility of an additional foundation allowance if approved.
The maximum age limit for applying is 62 years.
The initial appointment will be for a period of three (03) years, extendable by one year up to 65 years subject to satisfactory performance and recommendation of the board.
