How to Apply?
- These appointments shall be purely on contract basis as per Contract Policy 2006 at GOAJK for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt. subsequently.
- All vacancies will be filled purely on merit basis.
- Selected candidate shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PMC/PMD&C and the Institute
- The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason
- Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per law.
- Age should not be more than 60 years. However in case of reappointment upper age limit is 63 years.
- In respect of other matters not specified in this contract the rules and regulations of GOAJK shall apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, no TA/DA will be admissible.
- The appointee will join the Institution after receiving the offer letter from the principal office within the prescribed period. If fails to join due to any reason within specified time his candidature will be forfeited.
- Accommodation shall not be provided.
- The selected faculty must be physically present in the College/Hospital on duty for minimum of six hours on every working day
- Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part time faculty as per PMC/PM&DC rules, which is not
- permissible under prevailing rules, therefore such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for the day.
- Incomplete application will not be entertained.
- Candidates shall bring all original documents at the time of interview.
- Following documents are required to submit with the application at the address given below within 15 working days after the advertisement
- a) Attested copics of educational certificates/degree/diplomas Experience certificate/s, Articles and Recognition of Experience Certificate/Eligibility Certificate.
- b) Valid PMC/PM&DC registration certificate
- c) Detailed CV of the applicant, an application clearly highlighting post applied for and personal attributes.
- d) Four attested photographs. e) Attested copy of CNIC. f) Domicile g) PRC (If Applicable)
