Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) was incorporated on May 29, 2003, as a not-for-profit Organization and registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 with a mission to reduce poverty. We are looking for result-oriented, dynamic, and highly motivated candidates for a (Peoples' Poverty Reduction Program) for District Karachi & Hyderabad Rural (Union Councils), Noushro Feroz, Shaheed Benazirabad for the following positions:

Natural Resource Management Officer |
The NRM Officer will support district level initiatives related to sustainable resource use, environmental protection, and community-based natural resource management. The candidate must have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., Agriculture or Environmental Sciences) with at least 02 years of experience in natural resource management, climate resilience, or related fields. Strong skills in field coordination, community engagement, and report writing are important. |

Enterprise Development Officer |
The EDO will be responsible for promoting and supporting micro and small enterprise development at the district level. The candidate must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 02 years of relevant experience in enterprise development for nano/small businesses, livelihoods, or vocational training. |

FO will be responsible for managing financial records, budgeting, and compliance at the district level. The candidate must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, with at least 03 years of experience in financial management within development projects. |

PO-Admin will be responsible for supporting administrative and logistical functions at the district level. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 02 years of experience in administration & logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential to manage documentation, procurement, and field support activities effectively. |

B.E (Civil) with 02 years related experience/Diploma in Civil with 03 years experience from a reputable organisation, and responsible for developing the feasibility/BoQs and estimations and designs of infrastructure schemes. |

MIS Officer must hold BS. IT from a reputable university with at least 02 years of experience in networking, data management & proficiency in MS Office and other database and data analysis tools is essential for effective information handling and reporting. |

CIF-HRD Professional |
CIF-HRD Professional will be responsible for managing the Community Investment Fund (CIF) and supporting human resource development (HRD) initiatives at the district level. The candidate must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field, with at least 02 years of experience in community financing, capacity building, or livelihood programs. Strong skills in community engagement, financial oversight, and training facilitation are essential for this role. |
