positions:
Procurement & Contract Management Specialist (1 position):
Requires a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, or Commerce or related field, with preference for a degree in Civil Engineering and at least eight years of experience in civil construction contract management using FIDIC Rules.
Senior Solid Waste Engineer (1 position):
Requires a Master's Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering and at least ten years of post-qualification experience in a public or reputable private organization, with strong knowledge of waste management regulations, policies, and technologies, and a proven track record of successful waste management project implementation.
Environmental Specialist (1 position):
Requires a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering or a relevant discipline and at least 15 years of relevant experience in environmental impact assessment and management, with preference for experience in the solid waste management sector and familiarity with federal, provincial, and international laws, regulations, and standards. Experience in World Bank/Foreign Funded Projects is advantageous.
Assistant Manager Finance (Audit) (1 position):
Requires ACCA/ACMA or a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with preference for Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification and at least five years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a project management environment. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices, excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills, and familiarity with World Bank Client Connection Software are also required.
Livelihood Officer (2 positions):
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field, with a Master's degree being an advantage, and at least five years of experience in livelihood programs, local economic development projects, vocational training, and community-based education projects. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic database management is also required.
Assistant Manager (Civil) (2 positions):
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least three years of post-qualification experience in Civil Engineering, with extensive AutoCAD experience and expertise in MS Office-Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Quantity Surveyor (1 position):
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, computer literacy, and at least five years of experience in civil construction and quantity surveying, with preference for experience in infrastructure with a reputed consultancy firm.
