VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for appointment on Contract Basis from suitable candidates having
Domicile of Punjab for the following posts as per eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Paramedical Establishment Service Rules, 2003, Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Both Male/Female applications having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
2. Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004" (amended from time to time) for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
3. In case of "O" and "A" Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
4. Special persons/Disable persons can also apply (attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along-with Disability Certificate).
5. Age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of applications.
6. The age and experience of the candidate will be as per relevant notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
7. General age relaxation in upper age limit is as per policy.
8. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she must have to submit separate applications for each post.
9. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
10. Only the degrees/diploma by the university/board recognized by HEC/PMF/PNC/PMC/Govt of Punjab will be accepted.
11. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or even after joining.
12. Complete original documents along-with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the candidates at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she will not be called for interview.
13. All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in the interview.
14. Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or reject any or all applications/stage without assigning any reason.
15. Candidates are advised to read advertisement to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criterion under the specific rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
16. Candidates are advised that they must fall under 50% passing NTS policy for short-listing/recruitment criteria for interview or any departmental policy for short-listing of candidates for interview or any departmental policy for short-listing of candidates according to the Recruitment Policy 2022.
17. The appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from an institute affiliated with State Medical Faculty will be given preference as per policy of Government of Punjab.
18. The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/clause in short-listing criteria for interview or any departmental policy for short-listing of candidates.
19. Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
20. Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Services (NTS) website within Services Portal NTS office.
21. Candidates shall submit their online application forms along with prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC and 02 recent passport size photographs to NTS office.

HOW TO APPLY

1. The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 days after the publication of advertisement. The application form will be available on the NTS official site.
2. Candidates shall submit their online application forms along with two sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic qualification forms along with two sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic qualification/experience/domicile/CNIC and 2 passport size photographs to NTS office.
3. Last Date for submission of application is 17.01.2026.
4. The Candidates must apply online by visiting National Testing Service Website and no manual application will be entertained. Please visit NTS official site for updates.
5. The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible/Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS portal of the NTS, official site of the NTS website or through SMS or other available website.
6. The Shortlisted Candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
7. All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
8. The list of selected candidate and details of selected candidates will also be intimated vide postal address or any other source of intimation.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for any test/interview.
