(ii) Experience with LMS, HRMIS, ICT digitalization/e-governance, preferably with government ICT policies and e-governance standards. (iii) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (iv) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (v) Demonstrated experience in developing or implementing clinical information systems is preferred. |

(ii) In-depth knowledge of government budgeting, fund flow and accounting systems in Pakistan. (iii) Proven experience with financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, and audit procedures under ADB or similar standards. (iv) Demonstrated experience with the use of digital financial management systems is an advantage. |

(iv) Proven experience in designing and monitoring Gender Action Plans. (v) Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. |
