Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or an equivalent qualification from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the IT field, preferably within a reputable organization or government department of similar nature. Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on programming experience in AngularJS, MVC, and Node.js, Codeigniter, .NET, and C#, with a strong command of algorithms, DBMS, web development, data visualization (charts & graphs), application-level security, encryption, RESTful APIs and web services. Solid understanding of Microsoft/Linux server platforms, including monitoring for internet intrusions, troubleshooting, automated backup solutions, and database-level security (procedures/triggers). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, LESS, and SASS. Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize queries in MySQL, MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Security Knowledge: Strong understanding and practical implementation of web application security principles, including Single Sign-On (SSO). Demonstrated ability to integrate and enforce security in current and future-generation applications. Network Administration & IT infrastructure: Hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer network infrastructure, including installation, repair, upgrades, and performance tuning. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in network hardware/software, security and surveillance systems, and ensuring data backup and recovery across LAN, WAN, and remote servers. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
