Head of Total Rewards:
The successful candidate will plan, design, implement, and administer (end-to-end) a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programmes for faculty and staff working in health services, academy and support functions. The incumbent will recommend and implement best practices, innovative trends and reward strategies for attraction and retention of staff that support AKU's competitive position and its continued growth.
