Position: Head-Enterprises Risk Management

• Grade: Band-4 to Band-2
• Location: Lahore/Karachi
• Openings: 01

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Age: Maximum 55 years old at the time of application.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of Banking experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead the development and automation of risk models (IFRS9, credit, market risk, ICAAP).
• Ensure accurate calculations for ECL and BASEL returns.
• Manage Treasury Middle Office tasks, including liquidity and FX risk data.
• Oversee Operational Risk Management, including Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and risk heat maps.
