Career Opportunities in Banking

The Bank of Punjab is one of the fastest-growing banks in Pakistan, with a presence spanning over 35 years and a network of over 900 branches nationwide. Applications are invited for the following position in the Enterprise Risk Management Division (Risk Management Group):

Position: Segment Head – Integrated Risk Management

Group: Risk Management Group
Grade: Band 5 / Band 3
Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation of the Basel Framework at the bank level.
Ensure timely submission of quarterly CAR & LR to regulators.
Manage submissions for LCR, NSFR, monitoring tools, and Stress Testing.
Develop documents like ICAAP, Recovery Plans, and Contingency Funding Plans.
Review IFRS 9 models (PD, LGD, EAD, CCF models).
Review/renew the Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework and ERM SOP policies.
Work on the automation and integration of risk management functions.
Conduct UATs (User Acceptance Testing) for Basel and IFRS engines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
Age: Up to 55 years (as of July 17, 2026).
Experience: Minimum 09 years of banking experience. Preference is given to those with 04 years of relevant experience.
