Terms & Conditions:-
- Both male/female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointment shall be made on Contract Basis under "Contract Appointment Policy 2022" / Punjab Health Department's "Contract Policy 2003" / Government of Punjab's latest policy.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' level, equivalence certificate must be submitted.
- General age relaxation will be granted as per Government of the Punjab, from Social Welfare Department alongwith Disability Certificate.
- Selection shall be made purely on merit on the basis of Scrutiny / Interview.
- The age and experience of the candidates will be calculated on the last date of submission of applications.
- Age relaxation is not applicable in case of candidates already in Government service. Age relaxation for in-service candidates as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD A Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- In-service candidates must route their applications through proper channel.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she will have to submit separate application for each post.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained / considered.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute or HEC recognized foreign University will be accepted.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate and legal action will be taken against him/her.
- The posts may be increased or decreased as per the requirement of the Hospital.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Candidates will have to produce original documents at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test or interview.
- Candidates are advised to read all the terms and conditions carefully before applying.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all eligibility criteria and other requirements mentioned in the advertisement for the post applied for. Any candidate who does not fulfill the criteria will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Candidates will have at least 50% marks in NTS test to pass the test. However, in case the number of successful candidates is less than 5 times the number of vacancies, then the passing marks criteria may be relaxed by the Selection Committee with the approval of the competent authority, to call candidates for interview.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies of the Government of the Punjab.
- The Medical Superintendent is the Appointing Authority.
- The Competent Authority is authorized to modify any of the condition / clauses in short listing criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application form / fee for each post.
- Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service
- Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application Form (online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, NTS Headquarters, Islamabad, passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC etc.) to NTS through courier service on the address given on the Application Form.
- Last Date for submission of application is 22-01-2026.
HOW TO APPLY
- Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, NTS Headquarters, Islamabad, passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC etc.) to NTS through courier service on the address given on the Application Form.
- The Last Date for submission of Application is 22-01-2026.
- The candidates applying online will be issued National Testing Service Website application/roll number slips which are issued to visit the NTS official site for updated information and dates of tests.
- The date of written test / skill test will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS website.
- The shortlisted candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for interview and original documents verification.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
