Applications are invited from suitable candidates on prescribed form available on University Official Website (www.uetmardan.edu.pk) for appointment against the following Administrative Position on regular basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Contributory Provident Fund Rules-2022, in the University of Engineering and Technology Mardan:

Note:

1. Interested candidates, who fulfill the required criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website,, along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e., Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent passport-size photograph, distinction certificate (if any) & research publications in HEC recognized journals (if any), and original fee deposit receipt as mentioned below in the office of Registrar, UET Mardan, within thirty (30) days of the publication of this advertisement.
2. Applications duly filled in all respect along with application processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled "Miscellaneous Fund UETM" Branch Code.0179, Account No.003001354859, IBAN No. PK98 KHYB 0179 0030 0135 4859 and the original receipt shall be attached with the application form.
3. Applicants holding foreign qualifications must also submit equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
4. Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
5. Only those qualifications and experiences shall be considered, which are supported by documentary evidence submitted on or before the closing date.
6. Contact number, postal and email address must be mentioned clearly on application forms. Any change in contact detail must be communicated immediately to the office of the Registrar. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom right corner of the envelope.
7. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments/organizations along with their application forms.
8. Age relaxation shall be considered in light of government rules on case to case basis.
9. Only short listed candidates, who meet the eligibility criteria, shall be called for interview.
10. If any educational or other document submitted by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled immediately.
11. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected without any intimation.
12. The University reserves the right to cancel or not to fill any of the advertised post without assigning any reason. Errors or omissions, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
