Important Information for Applicants:
- Applicants for academic positions must submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates. If the certificate is in process, evidence of submission is required.
- Experience Certificates issued by the University of Health Sciences or other approved institutions require verification from PM&DC. Evidence of submission of verification is acceptable if the process is ongoing.
- The University will determine the relevancy of Research Publications to the specialty of applicants.
- BPS appointments are contract-based.
- A subject test may be conducted if the ratio of applicants to posts exceeds 1:5.
- Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan/Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
- The University reserves the right to post selected applicants at any campus.
- Appointments are subject to Police Verification and other checks.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Applicants should be no more than 55 years old on the last date of application submission.
- Only Punjab domiciled candidates can apply.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- Applicants working in Public Sector Organizations/Departments must apply through proper channels.
- Selected applicants will be governed by UHS service statutes, contract agreements, and ordinances.

- Pay the fee through the bank challan available on "forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs," ILink, or any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP). Attach the bank challan with the application form.
- BPS 17 & Above: Rs.2000/-
- 3. Online Form Submission:
- Fill the online form carefully, providing all required information. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
- 4. Print Application:
- Print the filled online form by clicking "DOWNLOAD AND PRINT." If unavailable, access the form later via the "SEARCH" button.
- 5. Manual Submission:
- Send the printed form with attested copies of educational certificates, testimonials, CNIC, domicile, passport-size photos, and the original bank challan to:
