Position Overview
- Job Title: Regional Business Head Peshawar: VP/SVP-I/SVP
- Number of Positions: 01
- Location: Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, with at least 5 years as a Branch Manager or Area Manager. Preference for candidates with Peshawar/KPK branch network supervision experience.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute (National or International).
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of the closing date.
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing branch business by increasing lending, deposits, and outreach.
- Supervising a network of 15 to 25 branches.
- Executing the bank's credit and business policies.
- Achieving targets for loan disbursement, recovery (including NPLs), and deposits.
- Liaising with agricultural stakeholders (farmers, extension staff, research institutes, etc.).
- Ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with SBP regulations (AML/CFT/KYC).
