Job advertisement packages
Payment for a job advertisement package is for the review and publication of an advertisement for the stated period. Advertisements are reviewed before publication and MyCareers.pk may decline any advertisement that is false, misleading, discriminatory, or that asks applicants for a fee.
- If an advertisement is declined at review, the package is not consumed and may be used for a corrected advertisement, or refunded in full on request.
- Once an advertisement has been published, the package is considered used and is not refundable, including where the employer chooses to remove it early.
- Where an advertisement could not be displayed for the full purchased period because of a fault on our side, the remaining period will be extended or refunded proportionately.
Payment errors
In the event that a client makes an error in any payment to MyCareers.pk, or a payment is made in excess of the amount due, MyCareers.pk may at its sole discretion:
- Adjust the amount against future payments payable by the client; or
- Provide a refund to the client after deduction of an applicable 10% refund processing fee.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@mycareers.pk with your company name, the job title advertised and the payment reference. We aim to respond within three working days.
Free services
The CV maker, cover letter builder and job search on MyCareers.pk are provided free of charge, and no refund applies to them.
