Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Domicile / Local of Balochistan for the following posts lying vacant on a contract basis under the administrative control of the Project Director, Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project, Component-B.

2	Admin Officer (1)	7	Master's/Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Human Resource Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in administration, office management, HR, or project administration. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
3	Senior Quantity Engineer (1)	7	Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and registered with PEC. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, contract measurement, and construction supervision. Knowledge of engineering standards and quantity surveying practices.
4	Finance Assistant (1)	6	Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, bookkeeping, accounts, budgeting, or financial record management. Proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting software.
5	Procurement Assistant (1)	6	Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract administration, logistics, or project support. Knowledge of public procurement procedures will be an added advantage.
6	Office Assistant (4)	6	Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, documentation, correspondence, record management, or secretarial support. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
7	Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator (4)	5	Bachelor's degree (minimum 14 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university. At least three (03) years of relevant experience in data entry, database management, office administration, or computer operations.
8	Quantity Surveyor (2)	5	Diploma (DAE Civil) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, measurement, BOQs, cost estimation, and billing. Knowledge of construction drawings and estimation procedures.
9	Surveyor (2)	5	Diploma (DAE Civil) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering surveys, leveling, traversing, and construction layout. Experience in operating modern survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) will be preferred.
10	AutoCAD Specialist (1)	6	Diploma (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another relevant discipline with a recognized certification in AutoCAD. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering drafting and the preparation of technical drawings using AutoCAD. Good knowledge of engineering drawings and drafting standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
11	Draftsman (1)	5	Diploma in Draftsmanship (Civil) or DAE Civil from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in preparation of engineering drawings, plans, layouts, and technical documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software will be preferred.
12	Supervisor (4)	4	Diploma (DAE Civil) from a recognized institution. Candidates having relevant experience in field supervision, site monitoring, project implementation, or infrastructure-related activities will be preferred.
13	Driver (3)	2	Valid driving license. Proven experience as a driver, preferably with familiarity with organizational routes and locations. Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
14	Naib Qasid / Messenger (3)	1	Basic literacy and understanding of hygiene practices. Previous experience in office or messenger work is preferred.
15	Watchman (3)	1	Basic literacy. Must be physically fit and possess good eyesight and hearing.
16	Sweeper (3)	1	Primary School Certificate. Prior experience in office cleaning, sanitation, or maintenance work with a government department, project, or reputable private organization.

Terms & Conditions

Appointments shall be made purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) in accordance with the Policy for Appointment of Project Directors (PDs) and Establishment of Project Management Units (PMUs), Government of Balochistan.

These appointments are project-specific and shall not confer any right to regular appointment, regularization, absorption, or continuation in Government service after completion of the project.

Government servants, including employees of the Federal Government, Provincial Governments, Autonomous Bodies, and Semi-Autonomous Bodies, may apply through the proper channel. Such candidates must submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority along with their application.

The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be admissible in accordance with the prevailing rules and policies of the Government of Balochistan.

- Attested copies of educational certificates/degrees and experience certificates;
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC);
- Local/Domicile Certificate; and
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
