How to Apply?
- Attested copies of all educational qualifications, experience, two attested passport size photographs, residence / domicile and national ID card, self-addressed postal envelope must be attached with application. It is mandatory for applicants to mention their mobile number clearly on the application. Candidates with relevant higher qualifications will be preferred.
- 2. Applications completed in all respect should reach till 15-8-2023 in the office of Chairman Model Pharmacy.
- 3. Five Years Relaxation in upper age limit shall be allowed.
- 4. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab
- 5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and informed by pharmacy administration regarding date and venue of interview.
- Date of interview will be informed after due process.
- 6. The candidates must bring all documents related to job, at the time of interview.
