A Master's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Law, Public Administration, Human Rights, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in development work, specifically focusing on disability rights, advocacy, and management. Experience in a similar leadership or management role is preferred. Proven track record of successful project management and implementation, strong advocacy skills, and experience in working with persons with disabilities.

Deputy Director (Programmes)

A Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Law, Public Administration, Human Rights, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in development work, specifically focusing on disability rights, advocacy, and program implementation. Experience in social welfare or disability-related projects is preferred.

Deputy Director (Admin & Finance)

A Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative and financial management, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

Deputy Director (Advocacy & Outreach)

A Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Law, Public Administration, Human Rights, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in advocacy, public relations, or community development, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in raising awareness and promoting inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Assistant Director (Policy & Compliance)

A Master's degree in Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis, legal compliance, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in research and report writing.

Assistant Director (Research, Data Management & MIS)

A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in research, data collection, statistical analysis, survey design, and MIS development/management, preferably in the non-profit or government sector.

Assistant Director (Accessibility & Rehabilitation Engineering)

A Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical), Rehabilitation Sciences, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accessibility audits, rehabilitation engineering, assistive technology, or related fields. Experience in designing and implementing accessible infrastructure or rehabilitation programs.

Assistant Director (Audit, Monitoring & Evaluation)

A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, monitoring, and evaluation, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in conducting audits, preparing evaluation reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Assistant Director (Legal Affairs & Human Rights)

A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs, human rights advocacy, or related fields. Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.

Social Welfare Officer (Field Operations & Community Mobilization)

A Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in community mobilization, social work, or field operations, preferably with vulnerable groups or working with persons with disabilities. Experience in conducting surveys and organizing community events.

Assistant (Admin & Communication)

A Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or communication, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in drafting correspondence and managing office operations.

Assistant (Programmes & Coordination)

A Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related subject from a recognized university.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience in assisting with program implementation and monitoring.

Accountant

A Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related subject from a recognized university. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Experience in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing budgets.

Computer Operator (IT)

A Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related subject from a recognized university. Diploma in IT from a recognized institution is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or database management. Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical assistance to users.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The appointments will be made on a contract basis initially for a period of One Year, which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and need.
  2. The applications should be sent to Director General (SW & BM) / Secretary Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), 41-Empress Road, Lahore by post or by hand by September 30, 2025, before office closing hours.
  3. Applicants must attach the following documents with their applications:
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Two Passport Size Pictures
    • Attested Photocopies of Educational Certificates
    • Experience Certificates
    • Domicile of Punjab Province & CNIC copy
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from relevant department (if applicable) / NOC from relevant department for government employees.
  4. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) can also apply along with disability certificate.
  5. Applicants already employed in Government Service must apply through proper channel and attach a NOC from their relevant department.
  6. Only complete applications received before the deadline through proper channel will be considered for further process. Incomplete applications will be rejected without notice.
  7. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test and interview.
  8. Candidates called for test/interview shall not be entitled to any TA/DA.
  9. The Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
  10. Government policy on age limit has already been incorporated in the age limit mentioned against each post.
