Qualification: Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (majoring in Accounting/Finance) from an HEC recognized institution, or ACMA/ACCA/CPA/CA qualification. Must have completed articleship from a reputable CA/ACMA/Audit firm. <br><br> Experience: A total of 12 to 17 years of relevant experience in internal audit is required, with at least 5 years in a senior position managing the financial affairs of any public sector medical and rehabilitation institute in Sindh province. Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office is essential. <br><br> Skills: <br> * Proficient knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and financial regulations. <br> * Excellent communication, report writing, and ERP software skills. <br> * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. <br> * High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. <br> * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. |

Qualification: Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (majoring in Accounting/Finance) from an HEC recognized institution (minimum 3.0 CGPA or 60% where CGPA is not applicable), or ICMA/ACCA/CA qualification. <br><br> Experience: A total of 12 to 17 years of experience in finance is required, with at least 5 years in a senior position managing the financial affairs of any public sector medical and rehabilitation institute in Sindh province. Candidates with in-depth knowledge of public sector financial, audit, and procurement processes will be preferred, and proficiency in ERP is essential. |
