How to Apply?

Terms and Conditions: (1) The application form can be obtained at the office of the London Sessions Court from Bistan and Burqam China.
(2) Salary and other 1 canister will be as per law and Qawullah
(3) Age limit will be determined as per law and rule. The upper age limit may be given by the competent authority as per the rules.
(4) Incomplete and ineffective application will not be entertained.
(5) Attach attested educational certificates, domicile certificate and national identity card with the application. Also, all the candidates should also submit the application and conduct certificate attested by two responsible persons.
(6) Government servants should submit applications through their posts.
(7) The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the Office of the Superintendent of Sessions Court, Bustan Olar.
(8) No expenses will be paid for net interview etc.
(9) The competent authority shall have the power to modify or cancel the advertisement or to reduce or increase the number of vacancies in accordance with the policy of the Government.
(10) Aspirants should submit their applications within one month after publication of advertisement after which no application will be entertained.
(11) Vacancy Serial No. 01 02 will be filled through Test / Initial.
(12) Desired candidates should be permanent release of Bastan Noor district.
(13) The date of test entry will be displayed on the notice board of Mr. District and Sessions Court after the last date of submission of applications and will be notified by notification.
(14) All the posts will be filled up under the prevailing rules issued by the Hon'ble Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government.
(15) Only shortlisted candidates will be admitted to the test interview.
