Procedure for Submission of Application
(1) All candidates for Serial No. 1 need to fill out the online job application form and deposit a challan/slip of Rs. 800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) from The fee of Rs. 800 can be deposited through participating banks, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, TCS Express, etc.
(2) Candidates applying for the post at Serial No. 1 do not need to send a hard copy of the online application form and challan to NTS. A copy of the application form must be kept with them. No application will be received by hand.
(3) Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
(4) Candidates for Serial No. 2 to 6 need to send their required educational documents, educational certificates, CNIC, PRC, two recent passport size photographs, and NTS challan (if applicable) by post or by hand to this office.
(5) The last date for submission of applications is February 19, 2026.
(6) After the last date, no application will be accepted.
(7) Incomplete applications will be rejected.
(8) The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
(9) Candidates will not be given TA/DA for the test/interview.
(10) Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
(11) The appointment will be made according to the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and Sindh Judicial Staff Services Rules 1994.
(12) Government employees who have served for less than 03 (three) years in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the Province of Sindh will have an upper age limit of 30 (thirty) years as per Sindh Judicial Staff Services Rules 1994.
(13) Over-age candidates who are eligible for the test/interview and are selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification, and skill, their individual cases will be submitted to the High Court of Sindh for age relaxation and approval.
(14) For the posts mentioned in Serial No. 1, candidates who secure 40% marks in the initial test will be called for a skill test by NTS.
(15) The dates of written and skill tests and results of candidates from Serial No. 1 will be announced by the NTS Testing Service on their official website. The list of successful candidates will be posted on the notice board of the District & Sessions Court Badin along with their interview date.
(16) For posts at Serial No. 2 to 6, the interview/test will be conducted in this office by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC).
(17) The final decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) will be acceptable to all candidates.
(18) Any kind of recommendation will lead to disqualification.
(19) The appointment will be made purely on merit.
(20) The appointment will be made on a temporary basis.
(21) If any document is found fake, strict legal action will be taken.
(22) The appointing authority has the right to cancel the advertisement at any time without assigning any reason.
(23) Disabled persons, women, and minority quotas will be observed according to government policy.
(24) Candidates must bring their original CNIC, PRC, and other relevant documents at the time of the test/interview.
(25) The interview/test for the posts at Serial No. 2 to 6 will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this office.
(26) The final decision regarding the appointment rests with the appointing authority.
